“Our PTO looked at a lot of different options for our annual fall fundraiser and we instantly knew this program was a unique fundraiser that would do well in our school district. We only do 2 fundraisers a year, so they have to be profitable. We were looking at the catalog companies, the read-a-thons, the fun runs, and frozen food fundraising opportunities when Dynamic Drinkware's fundraising program found its way to us.
Our account representative, Trista, met with us onsite to get us started and continued to help every step of the way. She was responsive and able to explain all the options, as well as walk us through the process of getting our fundraiser off the ground. I thought it was great that we always dealt with her directly. Our whole committee was so appreciative of her! It's the only time we've had a representative of any fundraising company offer to come to our school to help us understand the program and work to organize it efficiently.
We have a very supportive community, so a big draw for us was the custom tumbler designs. Dynamic Drinkware was able to create two different custom designs for us to sell locally. And the fundraising cards were a great way for families in our district to ask for support from those outside of our community! We ended up selling just under 2,500 of our school tumblers, as well as 800 fundraising cards in just two weeks!
I am also very appreciative of Trista working on a custom order form for our district to use during the fundraiser. These forms were professional looking and helped those of us who worked to fulfill orders keep everything straight. Having her experienced eye assist in creating these forms was a big plus!
